“The Horseless Carriage” was what it was originally known for, developed in a renown industry which became a necessity as well as a commodity.  In 1866 the four stroke engine was developed which set the basic mechanical pattern for modern automobiles.  The 1930’s was the introduction to mass motoring and roadways.  The 50’s was a period when automobiles became as much a statement of personality as a mode of transportation, which through the years and trends we see our selves at again, this time with a large variety of options to choose from.  From AM dial radios to MP3 players and now DVD.  This just shows what type of advancements have been made for today’s entertainment in automobiles.  Which is also a big step from hand cranks to the variety of sensors and computers required to even get the car started.  Within this technology, a vast amount of electronic components have been created, which can now be harnessed into a mobile entertainment centre allowing the consumer to get as creative as their imagination will let them.

Stef’s Auto & Electronics is an automotive service related company with retail sales of automotive electronic products.    The corporation focuses on a specialized service of Custom Audio & DVD fabrication, as well as installation on other electronic devices (i.e. GPS, Satellite Radio, car alarms, remote starters and lighting).  Stef’s Auto & Electronics also provides general repairs to foreign and domestic cars, a full line of specialty window films and car detailing. 

Stefan Mayer, who started this business in 2000 is a class ‘A’ technician who has worked for two major corporations over the past 16 years.  Listening to his clientele, Stefan Mayer started to develop the necessary skills to meet their needs and more.  Stefan and his staff can now, literally, call themselves a ONE-STOP-SHOP!

 Some of Stefan’s qualifications are his Master Technicians certificate from Mazda Canada Inc. in 1998, HRAI (Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institution of Canada), Air Brakes, Thru-hole Soldering, OBD II and more.  Stefan also has 14 years experience as a sound mixing technician which can help bring YOU to that quality of sound YOU are looking for.
